Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you do find your item is defective or damaged please contact us by email (lovednlocdd@gmail.com) and we will be happy to assist you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Our goal is to provide you with quality customer service and a positive experience! That being said, due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once your order is placed we are not able to change or cancel your order.
